We would love to meet with you, give you a tour of our gated campus, and show you why so many Aiken area students and their families are proud to be a Saint!
Our application process is as follows:
Schedule a Visit
Parents considering enrollment at St. Mary’s for their child or children are encouraged to schedule a time to tour the school and meet with the principal. This visit provides parents an opportunity to see all that St. Mary’s has to offer as well as communicate important information about their children’s special talents, needs, and interests as well as social, physical, and emotional characteristics.
Schedule a Phone Interview
Parents living outside the Aiken area and unable to visit in person are encouraged to schedule a phone interview with the school principal to ask questions and discuss specific needs.
Request a Shadow Day
Many prospective students benefit from a shadow day where they follow a peer through a typical school day. St. Mary’s encourages prospective students to take advantage of this special one-on-one opportunity.
Complete the Application
Prospective parents will need to fill out the Enrollment Application and Student Intake Form. These forms may be submitted online, mailed, or dropped off at the school office.
Provide Documentation
Documentation required includes:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Most Recent Report Card
- Standardized Test Results
- Baptismal Certificate (Catholic applicants only)
- Record of IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
- Copy of custody agreement or adoption papers (if applicable)
- Copy of court issued parenting plan (if applicable)
Take the Placement Test
Prospective students must demonstrate satisfactory performance on the required placement test to ensure enrollment in the appropriate grade.
